Global Forum on naturally based and convergent technologies, 27-29 September, Sochi, Russia

An international forum to discuss nature-based and convergent technologies took place in the Russian city of Sochi, located on the Black Sea coast. The event was organized by Russia’s National Research Centre Kurchatov, in cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

The Forum brought together various stakeholders, such as experts on naturally-based and convergent technologies, representatives from governments, international development organizations, financial development institutions, the private sector and civil society to share best practices and address the key issues.
