PT Scheme details
MK Inversiones Limitada laboratory participates at least once a year in a proficiency test with a supplier accredited under ISO/IEC 17043:2010. Due to the absence of suppliers in Colombia, proficiency testing is purchased from the Absolute Standard supplier in the United States.
The participation is given for the accredited parameters in the treated water matrix (Alkalinity, Total Hardness, pH, Conductivity, Sulphates and Chlorides). Additionally, the laboratory participates with the same supplier in tests outside the scope of accreditation (BOD5, COD, Fats and Oils, Total Suspended Solids, Magnesium, Calcium Hardness and Calcium).

By requirement of the Law in Colombia the laboratory participates in an Interlaboratory comparison organized by the INS (National Institute of Health). This Interlaboratory test is constituted by:
