Context: 

Due to the fast development in technology, we are standing on the edge of a technological revolution that will fundamentally change the way we live, work and relate to one another. The current spread of the COVID-19 acted as a catalyst, forcing us to respond and adapt quickly by changing the dispositions of our operations and leap into the virtual world by complementing and, sometimes, replacing to a large extent our current traditional assessments and audit techniques, from onsite physical visits to remote assessments relying on ICT.

This webinar will shed light on the shift in landscape of audit and assessment practices for accreditation bodies, certification bodies and regulators and share the experience of accreditation and conformity assessment experts who closely witnessed this happen. Advantages, drawbacks and challenges of remote audits and assessments will be also discussed.
