The overall budget was 1.5million dollars, and the project was completed during 2011-2014. This project assisted the Vietnamese government in effectively enforcing Competition law and consumer protection ordinance. The project consisted of the two critical parts: (i) building and developing an integrated information system for Vietnam Competition Administration, (ii) organizing specialized training courses with a focus on assisting VCAD in operating and exploring well the above mentioned integrated information system.
