Legal and Regulatory Framework - Portugal

Cross cutting support to legal frameworks in the Portuguese Speaking African Countries and East-Timor through:

• training and capacity building programs for public entities;

• support for the reform of public administrations;

• improvement of administrative rules, standards and procedures;

• the elaboration of adequate legislation; and

• strengthening capacities in tax reforms and reform of the statistical sector.
