Legal and Regulatory Framework - Belgium

TradeMark East Africa ( TMEA ) is funded by a range of development agencies with the aim of growing prosperity in East Africa through trade. TMEA believes that enhanced trade contributes to economic growth, a reduction in poverty and subsequently increased prosperity. TMEA works in close collaboration with East African Community (EAC) institutions, national governments, the private sector and civil society organizations to increase trade by unlocking economic potential through increased physical access to markets, enhanced trade environment and improved business competitiveness. The Directorate-General for Development Cooperation contributes to TMEA-projects and programs in Burundi, Rwanda, and Tanzania (D1.3, LT, 17-2-2017).
