E-commerce Services & Digital Economy - ICAO

Air Transport plays a vital role in facilitating cross-border Business to Consumer (B2C) e-commerce, with around 90 percent of cross-border B2C parcels being shipped by air transport mode. ICAO is a key partner in the UNCTAD led multi-stakeholder initiative “eTrade for All” which aims to improve the ability of developing countries and countries with economies in transition to use and benefit from e-commerce by scaling up collaboration in the field of e-commerce globally.
