Compliance support infrastructure and services - Germany

The project aims to support economic integration through reduction of Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) and unjustified Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) measures. Key components of this approach include standardization, industrial and legal metrology, and accreditation. In addition to developing the relevant institutions and ensuring their effectiveness, the project also supports the African Union Commission – Department of Trade and Industry to recognize and support quality infrastructure work and promotes their integration into international sector networks.
